Curry Real Estate Executive Named KCRAR Salesperson of Year
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (February 24, 2014) – Curry Real Estate Services’ Jim Hogan, CPM®, a vice president in the company’s commercial division, was named Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors’ Roger Cohen Salesperson of the year at its annual awards ceremony Thursday, February 20, 2014, at the Plaza III Steakhouse.
The award is based on an exceptional ethics record, cooperation with fellow brokers, contributions to the association and an impressive record of production and salesmanship. Hogan has been involved in 1,500 real estate deals totaling more than $200,000,000 over the course of his career.
Hogan began his career with Curry 40 years ago. He provides commercial real estate consulting, commercial land development, commercial real estate brokerage services, property use analysis, medical office building experience, and commercial property management.
Hogan earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Central Missouri. He also studied at the University of Nebraska-Omaha while serving active duty in the United State Air Force. He is a licensed realtor in both Missouri and Kansas.
