Curry Real Estate Executive Jim Hogan Honored with REALTOR® Emeritus
Jim Hogan CPM®, a vice president in Curry Real Estate Services commercial division, recently received the REALTOR® Emeritus status, a special recognition given by the National Association of REALTORS®. REALTOR® Emeritus status recognizes any person who has held membership in the national association as a REALTOR®, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®, or a combination of both, for a total period of 40 years in one or more associations of REALTORS®.
Emeritus status is reviewed, voted on and approved by the national association of REALTORS®. Hogan was presented with a plaque at the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS® Commercial Brokers Breakfast Club meeting at Mission Hills Country Club on January 8, 2014.
Hogan began his career at Curry on December 1, 1972. He is a licensed Realtor in Kansas and Missouri and received his Certified Property Management designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1986. In his current position, Hogan provides commercial real estate consulting, commercial land development, commercial real estate brokerage services, property use analysis, medical office building experience, and commercial property management.
